The Exstructa

One-of-a-kind handcrafted wood sculpture featuring beautiful teak driftwood, sustainably sourced from Indonesia. Exstructa comes from the Latin word for "built" or "constructed." This piece is a nod to nature’s architecture, honoring a powerful root system that spent decades building and expanding deep underground. I crafted this from premium Indonesian teak, following the natural, twisting contours of the ancient root wood. I channeled a vibrant turquoise stone inlay through the deep amber teak to look like a subterranean mineral river. Set atop a gallery-grade teak base, it balances organic history with a refined, modern silhouette.
